- Adam Albeldawi, Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior Vice President, External Affairs, responsible for all human resources functions as well as investor relations, government affairs and public affairs.
- Curtis Serra, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, is responsible for all legal matters across the corporation, including commercial, and works closely with Suncor’s Board of Directors on matters of corporate governance.
