Accounting and finance
The Accounting and Finance New Graduate program is designed to develop engaged, competent and capable accounting and finance professionals. Through a two-year program, new graduates build technical competencies and capabilities which will help them in their future careers.
This program offers two streams:

Graduates will gain some of the competencies required for their designation, however further professional experience is required after completing the program.
“The learning and mentorship I’m getting from this program set me up for success so that I can contribute to Suncor’s success. It’s been a good transition from textbook learning to actual work experience.”

This two-year program alternates new grads through two or three rotations within different areas of R&M before being placed in a permanent position in their area of specialty.
“Being a co-op at Suncor not only provided me with a first-class learning experience but also opened the door to the endless opportunities that exist here — beginning with the New Grad program.
