Our review process involves three easy steps:
- Follow the link to open the Contractors and Suppliers Intake Form and complete all required fields.
- Once your form has been submitted, the Supplier Engagement Team will share your profile with the appropriate category.
- Category Management will review your capabilities against Suncor’s business needs. If your capabilities match our business needs, you may be contacted.
Taking part in supplier engagement and pre-qualification processes does not guarantee work with Suncor.
Due to the high volume of emails received, only suppliers of interest will be contacted. However, the information you provide is retained for a minimum of 12 months in the event of future interest.
Pre-qualification requirementsThe pre-qualification service provider for Suncor’s North American operations is Avetta. The information you provide to our pre-qualification service provider will help assess your company’s environmental, health and safety performance; quality systems and financial strength. Visit the Avetta website to register with our pre-qualification service provider and maintain an active account.
Suncor’s suppliers are required to comply with Suncor’s policies, procedures and criteria including, but not limited to, meeting Suncor’s insurance requirements, drug and alcohol policy and environmental, health and safety (EH&S) criteria. During your pre-qualification process we will provide you with more information about these requirements.
