Self-service password management
Self-service password management allows you to unlock your account, reset your password and change your password all on your own.
Please reference the below documents if you need assistance in:
- Registering for Microsoft multi-factor authentication and self-service password management
- Unlocking your account
- Resetting a forgotten password or changing your password
- Updating your authentication method
In the event you have already registered for self-service password management and cannot authenticate due to a lost or stolen phone, or a changed phone number, please contact the Client Support Centre (CSC) by phone at 1-866-276-7800 or by Chat.
If you lose your authentication method AND you forgot your password, you will be provided a temporary password by the CSC and will be prompted to register for self-service password management again.
