Chief Human Resources Officer

Karen Keegans, Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated talent strategies, leadership development, employee learning and capability, change management, organizational effectiveness, labour relations and total rewards.

Karen brings over 30 years of human resources and business experience spanning across several industries including manufacturing, agriculture, high tech and financial services.

Karen most recently served as Executive Partner, CHRO practice at Gartner. Karen previously held the position of CHRO in large global organizations, including Rockwell Automation, Pentair and Praxair. Known for her ability to align people strategies to ensure business outcomes, Karen has successfully led culture change, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, recruiting and development of employees and leaders.

Karen holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Western University.
