We are committed to reducing the spread of COVID-19 and to alleviating the associated burden on public health organizations. We continue to encourage everyone to be vaccinated, use good hygiene practices and to act with care and consideration for one another. #StrongerTogether
Resources for Employees, Contractors and Suppliers
It is important that everyone has the tools and support needed for safe and effective work.
Self-assessment
Please assess your health using the pre-access self assessment before coming to work at a Suncor location.
- If you answer “No” to both pre-access self assessment questions, you can go to work.
- If you answer “Yes” to either of the questions, do not go to work. Notify your leader and report COVID-19 information (symptoms and test results) to Health & Wellness or through the designated reporting process for your company or area.
- Please refer to your province for current guidance around self-isolation. Planned international travel should be discussed with your leader and health and wellness prior to departure and upon return to determine whether a quarantine period is required.
Employees with symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to self-report to: Ask Health and Wellness. Contractors should follow their employer’s reporting process.
Employee Family and Assistance Program (EFAP)
The pandemic has affected each of us differently. Contractors should reach out to their company for information on available program and resources. For those who do not have access to these resources, we are temporarily extending our Employee Family Assistance Program services to contractors.
