Our procurement ecosystem
Our new integrated procurement ecosystem
We now use SAP’s Ariba and Fieldglass systems to manage our supply chain interactions and transactions with suppliers. This includes the qualification, sourcing, contracting, goods and services procurement management processes. All Suncor subsidiaries, with the exception of Syncrude, are now managed within our new integrated procurement ecosystem.
Services procurement and invoicing
All services procurement and invoicing is conducted in SAP Fieldglass. Services not related to a Suncor issued purchase order continue to be submitted via the appropriate email.
Goods procurement management
For goods procurement management, new suppliers will receive orders via email. High volume goods suppliers may be invited to join Suncor’s Ariba Network for purchase orders and invoicing.
A Suncor-funded program
Our new procurement ecosystem is a Suncor-funded program. There is no annual subscription or transaction fees to conduct business with Suncor on SAP Ariba and Fieldglass.
