General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Jacquie Moore is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, responsible for Suncor’s legal and compliance as well as corporate governance.
Since joining Suncor in 2011, Jacquie has held several senior leadership roles in the organization. She has led teams providing commercial and legal support for upstream, downstream, regulatory, supply & trading, corporate, compliance, projects and supply chain, intellectual property, strategy & corporate development, and exploration & production matters.
Jacquie also previously held the role of Vice President, External Relations at Suncor where she played a key role in the development, implementation and evaluation of Suncor’s government relations strategy by working constructively with all levels of governments and actively participated in, and contributed to, the development of government policy and regulatory initiatives.
Prior to joining Suncor, Jacquie was a partner at a major national law firm in Calgary. Jacquie holds both a bachelor of commerce degree and a law degree (LLB) from the University of Calgary.
