Suncor conducts all goods and services sourcing events, as well as contract management, using SAP Ariba.
Participate in a sourcing event
Only registered suppliers with Suncor can be invited to participate in sourcing events. Invited suppliers will receive an email initiating the sourcing process on SAP Ariba.
On SAP Ariba, suppliers
- participate in sourcing events
- share events with other users in their organization as required
- use the Ariba Message Board to communicate with Suncor.
Successful sourcing suppliers must complete the contracting process through SAP’s Ariba Contract Management platform. Ariba Contract Management is used for online contract formation and negotiation activities for goods and services.
Suppliers must send and receive contract documents on Ariba Contract Management.
To complete signing activities
- we will email the contract to the signing authority for signature
- the signing authority will use DocuSign for signature.
Contracting terms and conditions
Unless otherwise specified in a purchase order, purchase orders issued by Suncor’s Canadian affiliates shall be governed by the following terms and conditions noted in the PDFs below.
