Kimberley Mullins is Suncor’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for all human resources functions.
Dr. Mullins is an experienced talent leader and expert in the areas of organizational and leadership development and talent management. She is passionate about building work environments that help individuals thrive.
Before joining Suncor in 2023, she held leadership roles in government and the private sector, leading learning and talent management functions for several Fortune 500 companies.
Dr. Mullins holds a PhD in leadership communication from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and a masters of science degree in business psychology from Strathclyde University in Scotland. She is an Associate of the International Society of Coaching Psychologists and a member of both the Canadian Psychological Association and the British Psychological Society.
