As Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen oversees Suncor’s culture and ensures effective strategies and programs are in place to enable business results. Aligned to the business strategy and Suncor’s culture of operational discipline, Karen has accountability for the development and implementation of integrated talent strategies, leadership development, employee learning and capability, change management, organizational effectiveness, labour relations and total rewards.
Karen holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Western University.
